Through our programs Wild Mountains provides learners with an understanding of the basic concepts of how life on Earth works. We give opportunities for learners to become inspired by the beauty of the natural world. Additionally students are given time and space to reflect on the value of these natural systems - to life and to themselves personally - and to examine their own behaviour and personal commitment to acting responsibly.

Leading by example to reinforce learning outcomes, Wild Mountains incorporates environmentally appropriate building infrastructure, power and waste management systems and land stewardship. Importantly, people, young and old, need motivation, hope and inspiration that they can make a difference through the choices they make.
